It was such a pleasure working with Kurt for the sale of our home. I started this process very stressed and anxious. Within minutes in our first meeting, Kurt allayed my worries, and I trusted him immediately. From start to closing, Kurt’s calm assurances and obvious expertise made the whole process painless. I was amazed at how smoothly and easily it went. With his long history as a real estate agent AND construction contractor, he even made excellent suggestions on what to do to improve marketability and let us know what things weren’t important. We recently used Mr. Kurt Kreager to sell our multifamily family property. Kurt was amazing through the whole process. Mr. Kreager worked very hard for us and exceeded all our expectations. I was surprised how above and beyond he went through the whole process. I know my friends who are realtors don’t do as much as he does. Saying he is very thorough, thoughtful, and organized is an understatement. Mr. Kreager is a top professional in real estate. When it came to reviewing our multiple offers, Kurt employed a formula to maximize our sale price and best options to make sure our property closed. During this process he detailed things to consider during the offer review period and why some offers are much stronger than others with the same offer price. I learned there is much more than just a number to consider. He made everything concise and easy. He acted as a true business partner during the whole process. No reservations with Mr. Kreager – I will use Kurt again and have already recommended him to multiple friends who are having difficulty buying properties. He understands what and why offers are accepted or not. It is more than just a number, but a combination of many factors. We used Mr. Kreager as a seller’s agent for our transaction, although he knows his stuff and I will use him as a buyer’s agent when the time comes.

Kurt did some clean up, staged it and got it sold. I was so thrilled. It was also comforting that he kept me in the loop. Being gone I had felt lost and suddenly I felt like I had the ability to move forward.
