Photogaphy & Home Presentation
Buyers need to see what your home looks like before they decide to visit. They need visual imagery to picture themselves in your home. To enhance the exposure of your home, I utilize a professional photographer who showcases all the best features of your home, both inside and out and create a virtual tour with the photographs to provide a specialized online tour. HDR photography, drone photography, and 3D tours may also be recommended. Staging is also something we offer, if your home will be vacant or if market conditions indicate you will get a higher price.
Determining the right price for your property is the most critical step in ensuring you get the highest return on your investment. MLS statistics show that the longer a home is on the market, the lower the final sales price. My job is to help you set the right price from the start and to position your property so it stands out in the market.
